2825 – 6X4 Tipper

With heavy duty aggregates, the 2825 Series – 6X4 Tippers with 9S AMT, Ashok Leyland had introduced AVTR, the first modular commercial truck platform in India. On one side it has enhanced customer profit and on the other improved drivers’ comfort. To take driver satisfaction and comfort up a notch, we have introduced 9S AMT. AMT is a familiar technology in the car industry. It is the first time in India that this ingenious concept is applied to tipper segment of commercial vehicles

Enhanced ease of driving:

With a heavy-duty 9S AMT gearbox, new generation air-brakes with ABS and ASA and a spacious cabin enhances the ease of driving and provides economic maintenance and repair The vehicle also features parabolic suspension at front smoother rides and Heavy duty BGS at rear for carrying heavy loads.

i-Gen6 advantage

    Taking the proven iEGR technology up a notch, we are introducing i-Gen6, the Innovative, Intelligent and Indian engine technology, which enhances the engine performance and durability further. With lower DEF consumption and compact design, iGen-6 lowers the cost of operation per ton-km, offering increased payload and low maintenance. The unique Mid-NOx strategy ensures overall lower cost of ownership as compared to competition

ADDA – Advanced Digital Driver Assist:

    Advanced Digital Driver Assist (ADDA) helps the drivers improve their driving efficiency, performance and safety. Gear Shift Advisory System (GSAS) indicates to the driver the correct time to shift up / down the gear. The instrument cluster shows instantaneous fuel economy and distance to empty. Reverse Park Alert Systems (RPAS) assists in reverse driving and parking and alerts the driver with a large beep. Auto exhaust brake improves service brakes’ life and reliability by activating automatic exhaust braking during downhill operation.
